
Mr. Alcudia provides specialized advice to our clients in terms of development stage obligations, focusing in aligning our client’s objectives to the national requirements in order to achieve a successful compliance of their contractual and regulatory requirements.
Mr. Alcudia’s experience covers a wide range of regulatory subjects of E&P activities, his work as a part of the Governing Body of the National Hydrocarbons Commission has allowed him to participate actively in the implementation of the regulation, its modifications, as well as the issuance of new guidelines. His technical academic formation is complemented by his regulatory experience to have a broad vision of the Mexican E&P sector, as a technical data analyst and developer of research projects, he also gave technical advice to a Commissioner of the CNH on relevant industry topics, including energy policy matters. His direct participation with Operators and other government institutions make his contributions relevant in the resolution of problems and brings efficiency into exploration and development projects.
Mr. Alcudia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
